Shipping terms

 

Unless otherwise agreed or stated otherwise on the item description, the following shipping fees apply per package / shipment:

 

Shipping of prepared and unprepared insects (butterflies, beetles, grasshoppers, etc.) within Germany:

6.90 euros

 

Shipping of prepared and unprepared insects (butterflies, beetles, grasshoppers, etc.) within the EU (excluding Switzerland):

8.90 euros

 

Shipping of preserved and unprepared insects (butterflies, beetles, grasshoppers, etc.) outside the EU and worldwide:

9.90 euros

 

Shipping of particularly large specimens and specimens of the genera Ornithoptera, Troides and Trogonoptera to EU countries (e.g. Austria, France etc., except Switzerland):

17 euros

 

Shipping of particularly large specimens and specimens of the genera Ornithoptera, Troides and Trogonoptera to countries outside the EU and worldwide (e.g. Switzerland):

28 euros

 

 

 

These shipping flat rates are calculated automatically (once) for each order shipped. Please note that the flat rate will be recalculated when you submit a new order.

 

For possible bulk orders, please contact us directly

 

For possible import taxes/duties and restrictions that exist in the customer's country of destination, the customer must inform himself in the respective country and bear them himself.

 

 

How is it shipped?

 

We ship exclusively with Deutsche Post or DHL as a registered, insured parcel or package.
